Bright Futures Speech Therapy is a private practice that offers support to clients of all ages to overcome communication and motor related challenges. Our dedicated team provides speech and occupational therapy and contract evaluation services with a focus on building relationships and supporting each client’s individual goals.

Step One

Download our referral form here and ask your doctor to fill it out & fax it to us OR ask your doctor/PCM to fax a referral directly to us at 877-215-7951

Step Two

Once we receive the referral, we will call you to schedule an evaluation & send our New Client Paperwork via email and text.

Step Three

For teletherapy (virtual) services, you will receive a Zoom link to log in with your desktop or laptop at the time of your scheduled appointment.

Insurance & Billing

We are in network with several insurance companies including (but not limited to):

  • TriWest/VA

  • Tricare East

  • Tricare West

  • Medicare (CA, HI, FL, SC)

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (selected plans)

  • Medicaid (selected plans)

  • Private Pay

    **Insurance coverage is dependent on the individual insurance plan. Many commercial and self-funded plans that have speech or occupational therapy benefits have exclusions for developmental delay diagnoses and will only cover services that are directly related to an accident, illness or injury.

    Not sure if you have coverage for therapy services? Contact us with your insurance information and we can check with your insurance provider for approval or authorization of visits before your first visit. Our office will make every effort to determine whether your insurance covers services during the insurance benefit verification process.

    We do not offer courtesy billing for out of network insurance. Private pay is available for those who have out-of-network insurance, do not have insurance or have insurance that does not cover therapy services. We offer a convenient debit and credit card payment method.

    The No Surprises Billing Act 2022 gives you the right to understand any potential costs of care. Our policy also ensures you receive a written estimate for medical services in a timely manner. For more information on good faith estimates, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
